How to Use

Remove the crate from its carrying bag and unfold the steel tube frame until it locks securely into place. Position the included synthetic sheepskin pad inside the crate for your pet's comfort. Introduce your dog to the crate gradually using treats and positive reinforcement to create positive associations. Use the easy-zip door to secure your pet inside when needed. The crate is ideal for use in vehicles, hotel rooms, campsites, or as a comfortable resting space at home. When finished, remove the pad, unzip and open the door, collapse the frame according to instructions, and fold flat into the carrying bag for storage or transport.

Care & Maintenance

Spot clean the fabric exterior with mild soap and water as needed. Remove and wash the synthetic sheepskin pad following care instructions. Allow all components to dry completely before folding and storing. Inspect the steel tube frame periodically for any damage, wear, or loose connections. Do not machine wash the entire crate structure. Store in the included carrying bag in a dry, temperature-controlled location when not in use to extend product life.

Notes

Important: The Canine Camper is designed specifically for calm, well-trained dogs. It is NOT recommended for puppies in training, aggressive chewers, dogs with separation anxiety, or any dog that may attempt to escape or damage the fabric construction. For these situations, a traditional wire crate provides better security. The soft-sided design offers excellent portability and comfort but does not provide the same level of containment as metal crates. Always supervise your pet when using a soft-sided crate, particularly during the first few uses. Not suitable for use as a permanent outdoor enclosure.
