How Our Rewards Program Works
Starting immediately, you can earn rewards points on every purchase you make through our website. You’ll automatically earn two points for every $1 you spend—that’s the equivalent of getting 2% back in rewards!
Redeeming your points is simple: each point is worth one cent towards future purchases. For example, 500 points can be redeemed for a $5 discount on your order. In addition to standard discounts, you’ll occasionally see special offers, exclusive items, discount codes, and limited-time deals available for redemption with your points.
How to Join the Program
Enrolling is automatic—just use your email address when making any purchase on our website, and you’re all set! Your email address will link directly to your rewards account, ensuring you never miss out on earning points.
Launching First Online: In-Store Coming Soon!
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we’re rolling out our rewards program online first as a beta test. This will let us iron out any kinks and ensure everything runs perfectly. Keep an eye out, because we’ll be launching this exciting rewards program in our physical store within the coming weeks!
Any points you earn from online purchases can be used in the store once we’re up and running, and the same will apply to any purchases made in the store will allow you to spend those points online.
Keeping Your Points Active
Your rewards points will stay active as long as you shop with us at least once per year. However, please note: points in accounts inactive for over 12 months will expire. Just keep shopping at Neighborhood Feed regularly, and your rewards will always be ready to use!
