Horse Wormer Quest Gel*

Overview

QUEST® Gel (moxidectin) 2% Equine Oral Gel, 11.3 g syringe. Broad‑spectrum dewormer and boticide for horses and ponies 6 months of age and older. One syringe treats up to 1,500 lb. Gel dissolves on the tongue for easier dosing.

Active Ingredient

• Moxidectin 2% (20 mg/mL)

Dose & Directions (summary; follow full label)

• Dose rate: 0.4 mg moxidectin per kg (2.2 lb) body weight
• Each 11.3 g syringe contains enough gel to treat one 1,500 lb horse
• Turn ring to weight, remove cap, insert on back of tongue, depress plunger. Do not underdose. Do not use in foals under 6 months.[1]
