Overview

Fast‑acting oral flea tablet for dogs 25.1–125 lb. Capstar® (nitenpyram) begins killing adult fleas within 30 minutes and achieves >90% kill within hours. Each dose provides 24 hours of adult flea knockdown and can be given daily if re‑infestation occurs.

Active Ingredient

• Nitenpyram 57 mg (neonicotinoid class)

Indication

• For the treatment of flea infestations in dogs and puppies 4 weeks of age and older and 2 lb or greater (this SKU is for 25.1–125 lb dogs). Administer one 57 mg tablet when fleas are observed.[1][2]

Directions

• Dose: 1 tablet by mouth (57 mg) for dogs 25.1–125 lb
• Give with or without food; ensure tablet is swallowed
