Overview

Tapeworm Dewormer for Cats contains praziquantel, an effective and safe active ingredient that removes common tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum and Taenia taeniaeformis) from cats and kittens. Each easy-to-administer tablet provides fast-acting tapeworm removal. Available in a 10-count bottle.

How to Use

Administer the tablet directly by mouth or crumble and mix into a small amount of your cat's regular food. Dosage is based on body weight:

• Cats 4 lbs and under: ½ tablet
• Cats 5–11 lbs: 1 tablet
• Cats over 11 lbs: 1½ tablets

Fasting is not necessary before or after treatment. If reinfestation occurs, a second treatment may be given. Consult your veterinarian for proper diagnosis and treatment schedule.
