How to Use
Slide top off feeder by pushing it to one side. Fill with chicken feed, scratch grains, or other poultry feed—do not overfill. Replace top to keep feed clean and dry, ensuring it's properly seated. Place on clean, level ground in coop or run—elevate slightly with bricks or wood blocks to reduce moisture contact. Refill when feed level is low. Move feeder periodically to prevent muddy spots.
Good For
Adult chickens, ducks, turkeys, and other poultry. Ideal for outdoor runs and coops.
Care
Empty any wet or spoiled feed immediately to prevent mold. Rinse clean with water and scrub with brush weekly. Dry thoroughly before refilling—moisture causes feed to mold. Inspect for rust and replace if needed. Store in dry location when not in use. In wet climates, bring indoors overnight or use under covered area.
