Size

Small fits neck circumference 6-10 inches. Suitable for small to medium dogs including Beagles, Pugs, Cocker Spaniels, Boston Terriers, Corgis, Miniature Schnauzers, Shih Tzus, and similar-sized breeds typically weighing 15-30 lbs. Also fits medium to large cats. Measure your pet's neck at the widest point (usually just behind the ears) before purchasing to ensure proper fit.

How to Use

Inflate the collar until it feels firm but remains slightly flexible—overinflating makes it too rigid and uncomfortable. Thread your dog's or cat's regular collar through the loops or attachment points on the inside of the Cloud Collar and fasten the regular collar securely, OR use the integrated hook-and-loop strap system to attach directly around the neck. Adjust the closure strap for a snug fit that prevents the collar from slipping over the head, while still allowing two fingers to fit between the strap and your pet's neck. The collar should extend just past your pet's nose when they turn their head sideways—this prevents them from reaching the affected area while still allowing forward vision and bowl access. Always supervise your pet during the initial adjustment period to ensure the collar adequately prevents access to the surgical site or wound.

Care & Maintenance

Machine washable—deflate partially if needed and wash on gentle cycle with pet-safe detergent. Air dry thoroughly before reinflating and reusing. For spot cleaning, wipe with damp cloth and mild soap, then dry completely. Check inflation level daily during use and add air if the collar becomes too soft or loses shape. Inspect regularly for any punctures, tears, worn areas, or loss of inflation. Replace if damaged or if the material becomes compromised.
